Cancellation Policy

You have 24 hours to cancel your appointment by phone call. Absolutely no social media inboxes for cancellations. All deposits are non refundable but are transferrable if you cancel within the 24 hour window. (Deposits are required upon scheduling or you will be automatically cancelled within 24 hours of scheduling.) If you would like to reschedule then you may do so within the 24 window. Your deposit will be transferred, and used toward the next appointment. You only have two times to reschedule the same appointment after that your appointment will be cancelled. After the 3rd reschedule, your deposit will be forfeited. Appointments cancelled the day of your appointment will result in 100% charge of the service cancelled. Cancelling the day before will result into 50% charge of the service scheduled. No call no shows will be charged full price of the service. If your card declines this transaction, you will not be able to book future appointments until payment has been rendered in full.
