You have 24 hours to cancel your appointment via email, text or phone call. Absolutely no social media inboxes for cancellations. Failure to cancel will result in a forfeit of your deposit as well as a full payment of services. Typically no one can schedule within a 24 hour period on my schedule. Therefore, Gauddesz Salon will not take a loss due to your failure to communicate. Appointments can be rescheduled before that 24hr window without fees. Appointments cancelled the day of your appointment will be charged 50% of the balance. 50% is not transferable. No call no shows will be charged for price of service. If your card declines this transaction, you will not be able to book anymore services until payment has been rendered in full.
